If you want to drive historical racing in style, this Alfetta GTV fits perfectly the bill. It was developed as a racing car in Argentina when it was new. Only the best components were used. Inspired by Alfa Romeo's racing department, several parts were ordered from Alfas's own racing department. Everything done with the car is like on Alfa's own factory cars.
The car was made as a tribute to the owners favorite formula 1 driver, Juan Manuel Fangio. The red colour with the typical yellow front has the same design as on Fangio´s Formula One World Champion winning Alfa Romeo “Alfetta” 159 in 1951. The gtv is called Alfetta, as it shares a lot of technical features with the older race car: Front engine, transaxle, rear mounted gearbox and a de Dion rear suspension. This was very advanced for a road car in the seventies.
