Some cars are more than just a car. This is one. Not only because it has the unique Le Mans blue colour, but also the story itself how it ended up in Norway. Here you can buy yourself a piece of car history, or a car adventure if you like.
All Alfa Bertone coupés are special cars that provide an insane amount of driving pleasure for reasonable money. They are reliable and easy to own. Everything you need in terms of parts can be ordered from England and you have them at your home after just three days.
HISTORY
The blue car was sold new in Rome in January 1975. It was imported by the legendary Norwegian manager Arild Skrindo (dePress, Imperiet) in 1999. He bought it from a farmer outside Rome who was required to drill for water and therefore needed the money. The always enthusiastic Skrindo was then living in Trastevere in Rome. Skrindo is a spontaneous guy. After a possibly somewhat enthusiastic car drive, the car ended up skidding in front of a Catholic procession. Fortunately, the local bishop Skrindo's enthusiasm for the Alfa Romeo took part and blessed it there and then. Skrindo believed that this was the reason why, in his ownership, he could drive round trip Rome - Oslo 8 times without a single problem! In 2001, Skrindo decided it was time for another Italian thoroughbred (in the form of a Fiat Dino with a Ferrari mechanic), and Bertonen got a place in Andreas Engesvik's garage. This was before he achieved international recognition as a furniture designer and had just graduated from the School of Arts and Crafts. Engesvik had the car for 21 years and cared for it like his own child. After using it more or less every season, the car received a light restoration in 2017. History repeated itself, and the Alfa was sold in 2022 to make way for a Ferrari. Now it's your turn to take part in the adventure that started in early 1975. As you can see, this is more than "just a car".
The car comes with the original registration plate from ROMA and a full binder with receipts and history. This is a well-documented car. It comes with 2 sets of keys, original jack, spare wheel, extra set of signs (correct for the period) in aluminium, original user manual (book), various manuals, various parts.

This is one of the absolute best examples of Alfa Bertone we have had in our workshop. Here you can buy a beautiful and classic Alfa ready for use. The car puts a smile on your face every time you go for a drive, and all people, young and old, love the car.
The Alfa is 48 years old, so we want the buyer to have knowledge of cars and understand that the car is sold without any form of warranty. We take the time to go through the car with you. That way, there are no misunderstandings or boring incidents afterwards.
We prefer telephone contact due to heavy work pressure. Mail or SMS without full name / telephone number will not be answered. An agreement is made for an inspection in advance.
